I overhaul CarlBettis.com fairly often, partly to play around with different technologies. The root site is a linktree. This here's the blog, generated using the Pelican static site generator. Since I overcomplexificate everything, I've also created my own basic theme, called cavendish in honor of 17th-century philosopher, poet and proto-science fiction writer Margaret Cavendish.
The blog title is a nod to my singing style. I like to make listeners say, "I did not think he was going to go there."
Later on I'll add more pages, configure an RSS feed, and spruce up the theme, but for now I just want to get something basic in place.
